Management consultant, business coach and lecturer
Eric is a management consultant, business coach and lecturer. He has a particularly strong track record in the Middle East, Africa and the Far East. Eric designs, develops and delivers training programmes in cost management, negotiation, business contract law, contract drafting, contract operationalisation and contract management. Other areas of expertise include procurement, supplier management and negotiation.
His experience is not confined only to the oil and gas industry, but also includes automotive, heavy plant and equipment and process industries. Before moving into consultancy Eric had a successful career, working at a Director level within the automotive, healthcare and consumer goods industries. He is currently working with Maersk Oil & Gas, and a number of suppliers including Schlumberger, Knowsley SK and Atlas Copco.
Today, he is a Visiting Fellow at Cranfield University and works regularly on MBA programmes for Cranfield, CASS Business School, University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology and Warwick University. He also develops and manages programmes for the American Management Association, the European Institute of Purchasing Management and the Institute of Directors.
Eric has worked with CWC School for Energy for ten years. He is the author of the book Mastering Negotiations, published by Thorogood.
