Max Wieliczko is head of HFW’s Construction team in London. He has specialised exclusively in construction law since 1987 and advises in relation to all aspects of procurement and delivery, as well as dispute avoidance and resolution on projects with values of in excess of US$ 2.5billion. This had included litigation, arbitration, adjudication and project support, in the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. Max’s work spans the entire construction spectrum ranging from major infrastructure projects including oil and gas facilities, process plants, tunneling, roads, railways and bridges; through power plants (including on and offshore Wind, and Hydro) hospitals, hotels, major residential, office and retail developments. He is a regular speaker at construction law conferences, and is co-author of Construction Contract Variations, which was published in May 2014.
